The Ambassador features a rich history in the Redcliffe area. Locals have favoured the pub for many years ad it is one of the pre-eminent meeting places on the Peninsula. We have a variety of relaxing Bistros and Bars within the Ambassador. The Front Bar faces towards the water and features it's own pool room as well as six beers on tap with full service from its own private bar. Schooners Bar is the premier bar in the venue and specialises in a wide selection of Australian and New Zealand wines. Scrumptious cocktails are also a renowned favourite.

Schooners Bistro offers a variety of sumptuous food, freshly prepared by our talented kitchen staff. For something more informal the Sidewalk Bistro offers cool bay breezes overlooking the water.
